Amanda Millar has over 25 years of workplace relations and human resources management experience in both the corporate and higher education sectors, as well as extensive experience representing both employers and applicants at the Fair Work Commission in a range of matters.
With a background in strategic human resources management, change management, workforce planning, enterprise bargaining negotiations and complex case management, Amanda has worked with a wide range of clients (large and small) in leading and delivering solutions to best meet their business and operational goals.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts together with a Postgraduate Diploma of Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations from the University of Melbourne.
Based on her extensive workplace relations experience, Amanda is passionate about assisting our clients to find solutions to take their business forward to the next level.
