Ralph joins Quartz Consulting as our Executive Business Consultant, bringing a wealth of experience and strategic expertise that will be instrumental in driving client success and business growth. Known for his commitment to making a positive impact, Ralph excels in enhancing financial performance, customer service, product innovation, process improvement, and identifying potential growth opportunities.
As a qualified Accountant, Ralph began as Chief Financial Officer and then became CEO at RACT Insurance between 2000 and 2009, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and transformation. Later, as CEO of Mosaic Support Services, he provided critical support for individuals with disabilities, which led him to co-found the Supported Affordable Accommodation Trust, an initiative dedicated to helping vulnerable Tasmanians secure safe and affordable housing.
Ralph also brings extensive Board experience, including six years on the RACT Board. Alongside his professional roles, he volunteers with Crime Stoppers Tasmania, highlighting his strong commitment to community service.
