Tracey has been a Director of Quartz Consulting for 8 years. Prior to joining Quartz Consulting, Tracey worked for over 10 years delivering creative and pragmatic workplace relations solutions in the Aviation and Telecommunication Industries.
Working for some of Australia’s largest companies Tracey has been at the cutting edge of in industrial relations and human resource management strategies and processes, having highly developed skills to resolve the most complex people related matters.
Tracey holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources, a Graduate Certificate in Commerce and is a qualified trainer holding a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
