Director

Tracey has over 15 years’ experience in delivering creative and pragmatic workplace relations solutions in the Aviation and Telecommunication Industries.

Working for some of Australia’s largest companies Tracey has been at the cutting edge of in industrial relations and human resource management strategies and processes.

Tracey holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources, a Graduate Certificate in Commerce, is a qualified trainer holding a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training and is currently studying to attain a Masters in Human Resources. Tracey has a professional and proactive approach to providing practical and business focused solutions.

Richard Rollins
Director

Richard has been a Director of Quartz Consulting for 10 years. Prior to establishing Quartz Consulting, Richard worked as a Human Resources Manager in the community services sector and a Workplace Relations Adviser for the Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Richard is a qualified workplace relations practitioner with over 19 years’ experience of providing complex and high-level workplace relations and human resource management strategy and advice to Tasmanian business.

Taking a ‘big picture’ approach to problem solving Richard works alongside senior management to ensure that HR and Workplace Relations solutions align with organisational strategies and imperatives.

Mandy Clarke
Workplace Relations Consultant

Mandy has over 16 years’ of human resources management experience in the financial services and not-for-profit sectors.

With a background in operational and strategic human resources management, learning and development, work health and safety and quality assurance, Mandy has a broad range of skills to provide practical and professional support to our clients.

Mandy has Advanced Diplomas of Business Management and Human Resources Management, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is a professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).

Mandy has most recently held a Human Resources management position in a community services organisation.

Kathy Dwyer
Workplace Relations Consultant

Kathy has 30 plus years’ experience in all aspects of Human Resources and Workplace Relations across a wide variety of businesses including Hospitality, Transport (passenger and freight), Manufacturing, Retail, Finance, Insurance, Real-Estate, Aged & Disability Care and Community Service Organisations, providing advice and guidance to all levels of management.

With a strong focus on developing positive working relationships with clients providing practical and realistic solutions to workplace challenges. Kathy’s specialties include managing difficult and complex workplace issues ranging from workplace investigations, workers compensation, performance management, workplace grievances and undertaking workplace audits with a focus on compliance.

Kathy has a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management. Kathy is passionate about developing and delivering programs for current and aspiring Team Leaders, Supervisors, Managers and Executives to empower them to successfully recruit, manage, and inspire others and manage workplace change.

Whilst servicing business across the State, Kathy is located in Northern Tasmania and enjoys helping local organisations.

Mandy Scavone
Administration Coordinator

Mandy is a skilled Administrator with over 20 years’ experience. Having held positions in the legal, finance and human resource fields, Mandy is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of various clients.

Mandy graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Human Resource Management. She has extensive experience in executing administrative procedures, recruitment and staff supervision, payroll, monitoring expenses and financial reporting, estate planning and trust administration. Mandy prides herself on business and process improvement and developing strong relationships with clients at all levels of the organisation.

When not working, Mandy is a busy mother to four boys and enjoys socialising with friends, watching movies and playing volleyball.
