Kathy has 30 plus years’ experience in all aspects of Human Resources and Workplace Relations across a wide variety of businesses including Hospitality, Transport (passenger and freight), Manufacturing, Retail, Finance, Insurance, Real-Estate, Aged & Disability Care and Community Service Organisations, providing advice and guidance to all levels of management.

With a strong focus on developing positive working relationships with clients providing practical and realistic solutions to workplace challenges. Kathy’s specialties include managing difficult and complex workplace issues ranging from workplace investigations, workers compensation, performance management, workplace grievances and undertaking workplace audits with a focus on compliance.

Kathy has a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management. Kathy is passionate about developing and delivering programs for current and aspiring Team Leaders, Supervisors, Managers and Executives to empower them to successfully recruit, manage, and inspire others and manage workplace change.

Whilst servicing business across the State, Kathy is located in Northern Tasmania and enjoys helping local organisations.
