Richard Rollins is a qualified workplace relations practitioner with over 14 years of industrial relations and human resource management experience. Richard has a degree in Industrial Relations and Politics from the University of Wollongong and is also a qualified trainer holding a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.

Richard has held the role of Workplace Relations Adviser providing high level advice, advocacy and training to Tasmanian businesses. Richard has most recently held the role of Human Resource Manager in a community services organisation.
